Amanda came to Stockton with her daughter Claire last night. What a treat!!! I could not believe that I haven't seen her in nearly two years. We don't even live that far from each other.
Claire was going to Girl Scout camp the next morning, and the bus was leaving from Stockton.
They arrived late afternoon. We chatted a bit, then went to dinner at the Graduate. Claire won a Shrek toy from the claw machine- very impressive. After that, we took a scenic tour of Stockton. Guy and Amanda exchanged memories of all the places that used to be, but alas, are no more.
We finished the evening with a scoop at B-R on the Miracle Mile. The weather was actually pretty mild.
Thank you for coming to visit!! I hope we can make it over there in the next month or two....
