Cooking



Comfort food after several days where the temperature didn't exceed 49 degrees, and if we saw the sun for 30 minutes, we were lucky! I have a delicious meatloaf recipe and traditional mashed potatoes are so easy and so delicious. I've also taken to roasting vegetables recently, either in place of or in addition to a salad. Most recently we've roasted pearl onions, new potatoes and cauliflower. All we're using is olive oil, salt and pepper; however, if you want to recommend some alternatives, we'd love to hear about them!
