Went over to the city for the day. We enjoyed just walking around. We went to the Ferry Marketplace and got our usual loaf of Acme bread. Walked around Market Street. The photo is the top of a mall with an amazing spiral escaltor. We ate in the basement where there is a gourmet food court and market. We ate at the Buckthorn Grill.
Later in the day we visited Chinatown and Union Square. I found a fantastic needlepoint shop tucked away on the third floor above a men's store on Post. If only the canvases weren't so expensive... they are so beautiful. Here's the one I want to buy:
