It's been a cold and foggy winter so far. We've had some rain, always a blessing, but still not enough. We've already had several days of no sun, the fog and clouds keeping me feeling chilly and damp. We're used to lots of sunshine in the Valley, so people start feeling tired or depressed with too many sunless days in a row.
That said, we did have a couple of sunny days over Christmas vacation, and yesterday and today were crisp (highs in upper 40s to lower 50s) but a brilliant sky. This photo gives you an idea.
Wow! Quite energizing.
